The 139,000 square foot building, 30,000 sf per floor, will feature a poured concrete foundation with a steel frame concrete deck. Facing the Route 128 Corridor, an expansive glass curtain wall wraps the fa莽ade bringing light and views into the spaces. Metal panels and punched windows wrap the spaces with views to a dramatic natural rock face on the property. The lobby will include a glass entrance with natural wood ceiling and wall and custom lighting.

The Residence at Penniman Hill offers 90 assisted living and memory care living apartments for local seniors. The 90,000 SF, 3-story building includes studio, one, and two-bedroom units. It also offers a variety of amenities, including an activity room, beauty salon, caf茅 and bistro, exterior planting areas and a memory garden. The property is located around the corner from the Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham which also provides convenient access to shops and restaurants for residents and guests.

A variety of unique construction elements were implemented on the project.
